Birra di origine tedesca caratterizzata da pronunciati toni maltati. Il colore va dall’ambrato carico al ramato scuro, con una schiuma color avorio. Il malto utilizzato conferisce a questa birra note di crosta di pane, caramello e frutta secca, prugna sul finale. L’amaro sostiene i gusti del malto permettendo però alla dolcezza di restare sul finale. Birra strutturata ma al contempo facile da bere. Da abbinare con una pizza importante o una grigliate di carne.

A beer of German origin characterized by pronounced malty tones. The color ranges from dark amber to dark copper, with an ivory foam. The malt brewed gives to this beer crust notes of bread, caramel and dried fruit, plum on the end. The bitter supports the notes of the malt but allowing the sweetness to remain on the finish. A structured but at the same time easy-to-drink beer.
